Day One

Wake up in Grand Cayman. (Not bad), The day starts with excitement. Breakfast will be served on the Adventure Excursion of your choice. It's time to not break, but rather "shatter" the ice and start bonding with each other.  After all… the reception, dinner, and networking theme last night was amazing, fun, and relationship building as well.  Ever heard of "Adventure Networking"?  Now you have. You will chose an activity that is worthy of a check mark on your bucket-list. Sailing excursions, Reef Snorkel exploration, Deep Sea Fishing, Shark or Giant Sting Ray feeding,  4x4 Off Road adventures, World-Class Golf, Biking, Zip Lines… the list goes on. This day is not only a memorable and fun adventure, but you will be experiencing it along side potential new "whale" business partners. This is how high-level relationship bonding works. Who knows… maybe this day will change the rest of your life!  Think of it as a cross between TV's "Survivor" and "The Bachelor" mixed with a little business speed dating. You get the idea!

Now that personal relationships are built...(absent of tradeshow badges) The afternoon gets down to business as you head over to the One-on-One tables.

 

 

Don't be surprised if the tables are located steps from the tranquil torquoise waters.  VIP Buyers with incredible hospitality industry buying power will spend 20 min at each table, learning and discussing potential partnerships with the proven, vetted, top-of-class Suppliers. (You pick the meetings... the Suppliers and Buyers are matched up prior to the event). The drum booms…  the next Buyer sits down. One-by-one, hospitality business partnerships start to form.

The night is upon us… so get dressed. 

The evening is filled with a world-class cocktail event view side, followed by a gourmet dinner and a Charity presentation.  One problem with Tradeshows and networking of the past is the absence of personal relationships. Day Two

Gourmet Networking Breakfast, then the first Panel Discussion: "Industry Best Practices" led by Buyer -VP Interior Design, Luxury Brands of Marriott International joined by the Exec. Vice President of Project Services of the admired Capella Hotel Group (CHG). Next on the agenda comes the infamous moderated Round Table industry discussions. Share and learn hospitality design trends and directions for the future. Ask us about sponsorship opportunities for the Round-Tables. Top supplier sponsors like Armstrong Flooring are already on board and will lead these discussions.
